...oh my god. Who does that to a dog? That is so heartbreaking.. She must be so exhausted after 16 puppies. Hopefully she'll recover without much problem.
That is horrible. I cannot believe that someone would treat an animal like that. We are praying for a safe road to recovery for Moo and the puppies!
